I love several couples who are 1 in 4, meaning that they have lost babies to miscarriage or stillbirths or other complications before being able to really say hello. I cannot fathom the pain the parents must feel, but so many bear it. The babies aren't lost, are they. They are in heaven with the angels, with their Savior, where they know nothing but joy and won't even have time to miss their mothers' hugs before they will be reunited again. That is God's promise. But we miss them. Our arms ache for them along with our broken hearts.
If you've lost a sweet baby so very young, or if you love someone who has, please feel free to break the silence and post a name or a heart <3 in the comments here or on the Facebook post to remember the babies who are loved here both and in heaven and are never forgotten, not even for a day. And always remember, "The LORD is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)
